Returns & Exchanges

At Blessed in the US, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our meaningful everyday essentials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a fair and transparent process for everyone, we have outlined our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, invoice, or order number is required to process your return.
Geographic Restriction: We only accept returns shipped from within the United States.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
To maintain high standards of quality and safety, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Final Sale: Any items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or purchased during a promotional "Final Sale" event.
Personalized/Custom Goods: Any custom-made or personalized apparel and home items.
Worn/Washed Items: Any garments that show signs of wear, washing, or alterations.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, defective, or if we shipped you the incorrect item, do not initiate a standard return.
Please contact our team at orders@blessedintheus.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
For verified transit damage or packing errors, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and ensure a replacement or correct item is sent to you at no additional cost.
4. How to Initiate a Standard Return
To start a standard return, please follow these steps:
Email our team at orders@blessedintheus.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send your purchase back to our distribution facility without first receiving authorization from our team, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Except in cases of verified shipping errors or transit damage, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Recommendations: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Blessed in the US is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit back to our facility.
6. Exchanges
The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Due to rapidly changing inventory, we cannot guarantee that the alternative size or style will remain in stock during return transit times.
7. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, any approved return will be refunded solely to the original purchaser’s payment method. We are unable to issue cash refunds or general store credit to gift recipients.
8. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
9. Right to Modify Policy
Blessed in the US reserves the absolute right to alter, modify, suspend, or update our return policy, eligible return windows, restocking fees, and refund practices at any time, without prior notice, and without obtaining the consent of the customer. Any updates will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
