Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Blessed in the US. We handcraft and curate our meaningful everyday essentials with the utmost care. To ensure transparency and protect both our business and our customers, we have outlined our general shipping and delivery guidelines below.

1. Fulfillment & Processing

All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped directly from our primary distribution and warehouse facility located in California.

  • Processing Time: Standard fulfillment and packaging typically take 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) before shipment. Please note that during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our transit partner, a shipment notification email containing tracking information will be sent immediately.

2. Shipping Destinations, Rates, & Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: While we make every effort to accommodate all delivery addresses, some shipping carriers have restrictions on delivering to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. If a carrier cannot service your address, we will reach out to obtain an alternative shipping address.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods, Estimates, & Carrier Delays

We partner with established national postal and parcel carriers to provide reliable shipping services. Estimated transit and delivery windows are provided at checkout for informational purposes.

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated shipping transit times begin from the day the parcel is accepted by the shipping carrier, not the day the order is placed.

  • Carrier Accountability: While we work diligently to ensure your items arrive promptly, Blessed in the US is not responsible for transit delays, service interruptions, or severe weather delays caused by the courier.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team immediately begins preparing it for shipment. Because of this, we cannot guarantee any order cancellations or modifications (such as changing an item size or shipping address) once the order has been submitted.

5. Address Accuracy & Lost Parcels

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery address is entered during checkout.

  • Address Correction: We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered our system. Please verify your details before finalizing your purchase.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Blessed in the US is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the buyer. Additionally, we cannot assume liability for packages that are stolen or lost after they have been officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier service.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact our customer support team at orders@blessedintheus.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging so we can assist you with a claim.

7. Right to Modify Policy

Blessed in the US reserves the absolute right to alter, modify, suspend, or update our shipping rates, methods, carriers, and overall fulfillment practices at any time, without prior notice, and without obtaining the consent of the customer. Any updates will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
